Laurent de Sutter, LL.M, DEA, PhD, is a French-speaking Belgian professor of legal theory at Vrije Universiteit Brussel and Sciences-Po Paris, director of the "Perspectives Critiques" series at Presses universitaires de France and of the "Theory Redux" series at Polity Press. He has been invited fellow at Waseda University (Tokyo), Bonn Universität, Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (New York), Université catholique de Louvain and Université Saint-Louis (Brussels). He has authored more than twenty five award-winning books, published into 14 languages, including, in English: "Narcocapitalism: Life in the Age of Anaethesia" (Polity, 2018), "After Law" (Polity, 2021) and "Deleuze's Philosophy of Law" (Edinburgh UP, 2021).
