Non-Self Help
A seminar by Dr. Julie Reshe
Description:
This course takes a critical approach to self-help and therapeutic culture, viewed through the lenses of existential psychology and negative psychoanalysis. Its purpose is to unearth shortcomings within these phenomena, while also examining society's tendency to place an exaggerated emphasis on self.
The course not only explores the theoretical dimensions but also incorporates practical aspects. It provides a creative space for exploration and the practice of alternative, non-self-help approaches that might be more relevant to contemporary society and human existence in general.
